30th SKAD Conference
POZNAŃ, 8 – 10 September 2021
Purpose of the conference
The SKAD Conference is an opportunity to present achievements and exchange experiences related to theoretical and applied aspects of data analysis and classification.
This annual conference provides a forum enabling participants to summarise the current state of knowledge, propose and promote novel solutions and suggest directions for further research.
The Organisers extend the invitation to participate in the conference to representatives of the academic community as well as specialists from other professional backgrounds.
The conference will also be an excellent opportunity to strengthen relationships between people from different institutions who specialise in the methodology and applications of data analysis and classification techniques.
SKAD – Sekcja Klasyfikacji i Analizy Danych (Data Classification and Analysis Section – http://skad.edu.pl/en/skad) was officially established in 1989 and is one of the most active sections of the Polish Statistical Association (PTS – https://pts.stat.gov.pl/en/)
Currently, SKAD has over 200 members from a number of Polish universities and research institutes. The section organizes annual scientific conferences to enable the exchange of research results and publishes conference proceedings. SKAD is a member of the International Federation of Classification Societies (IFCS).
